Since I stay at home with the kids, they have both become more attached to me than my wife. Now the wife feels left out and upset. Most of the time the kids reach out to me when they need something. I'm sure it will even out over time. I know it has in my life. The Oldest was a Daddy's girl until the last couple of years, now she's a Mommy's girl. The Youngest was a Mommy's girl until a couple of years ago, now she's a total Daddy's girl. It goes back and forth with children.
